Join us for "What Would You Do?" interactive Realtors Code of Ethics lunch and learn event on November 2nd at the stunning Arts and Culture Center in Valencia at Riverland by GL Homes. This engaging event will provide a comprehensive look at the commonly misinterpreted articles of the Code of Ethics, including Articles 9, 10, 11 and 13, as well as how these common scenarios can relate to the FREC regulations and BeachesMLS Compliance rules that Realtors must also abide by.

Enjoy a delicious Chef inspired lunch prepared in their state-of-the-art Demonstration Kitchen while participating in interactive learning sessions where Professional Development, Professional Standards, and Grievance committee members will present scripted case studies and captivating 'role play' demonstrations related to these lesser-known articles. We will also employ an audience-interactive ‘game-ification’ program called Kahoot using your mobile device, so be sure your battery is charged!

Our objective is to create an interactive educational experience that brings awareness to important ethical considerations that Realtors are forced to navigate every day. After our Role Players have presented three lively skits, the event will culminate in a lively Q&A Panel, allowing you to ask questions and engage in meaningful discussions with industry experts.
