TRADE MISSION_ UK National Propertymark Conference (London)

Broward, Palm Beaches, and St Lucie REALTORS, the NAR Ambassador Association to the UK, are excited to announce our TRADE MISSION TO LONDON, JUNE 2022!

After 2 years in Virtual Conferences, our partners across the pond, the National Association of Estate Agents of Propertymark (NAR equivalent in UK), are hosting an in-person conference in London, and THIS is your chance to participate by representing Broward, Palm Beaches and St Lucie REALTORS and South Florida real estate!

In addition to attending the full-day Conference and exhibiting in the Expo alongside the National Association of REALTORS, our hosts are also planning an itinerary featuring brokerage/office visits, networking events and meetings, cultural/sight-seeing (optional), and more!

Space is EXTREMELY LIMITED, so be sure to secure your place SOON!

Arrival date Tuesday, June 28th | Departure date Saturday, July 2nd (Optional departure Friday afternoon.)

TO ENROLL IN TRADE MISSION:
1) You must be a member in good standing with the Association and a current member of the Global Business Alliance of Broward, Palm Beaches, and St Lucie REALTORS (or similar Global Council).
2) REGISTER via this page to submit your "PENDING Enrollment", subject to approval. (Contact Global@rworld.com for questions)
3) IMPORTANT: Email your confirmed flight itinerary to Global@rworld.com to confirm your "PENDING Enrollment". >> This secures your place in the trade mission.
4) Upon Enrollment Confirmation, you will receive booking information for the hosting hotel and the conference registration.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ENROLLED UNTIL STEP 3 HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ALL TRADE MISSION ATTENDEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THEIR OWN AIRLINE, HOTEL, AND CONFERENCE RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY.

TRADE MISSION OBJECTIVES:
1) Provide an opportunity for RWorld Realtors and Propertymark Estate Agents to network in-person to inform and instruct on cooperation and referral relationship potential.
2) Support the NAR relationship with NAEA-Propertymark Leaders and Executives as the appointed Ambassador Association.
3) Promote the Realtor brand and International Realtor Membership (IRM) program offered to International agents by NAR. (NAR objective to grow IRMs in UK.)
4) Promote the NAR Annual Conference in Orlando, November 2022. (NAR objective to promote annual conference and in-person attendance.)
5) Promote the South Florida market and lifestyle for investment opportunities.
6) Explore and learn about the UK Real Estate Market, profession/business, and gain an understanding of the transaction and processes for working with UK customers and agents.

Please note you must be a REALTOR member in "good standing" with the Association, and a Current Member with the Global Business Alliance of Broward, Palm Beaches, and St Lucie REALTORS (or similar Global Council).
