“We expect over 1,000 participants this year plus around 400 spectators. We’ve been busy getting ready and Robert has built some really cool new obstacles this year!” The MANDATORY volunteer orientation will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 22nd: It is super important to attend the orientation because we all arrive at 6 a.m. on race day and everyone will need to know where to go and what to do prior to arriving that morning.1. Breakfast from Chick-Fil-A and Coffee will be served.
2. Team leaders along with Individual and volunteer team responsibilities will be given.
3. Volunteer parking pass and EVENT STAFF Shirts will be given out.
4. Important Event and vital Race-Day information will be discussed.
Race day is Saturday, April 29th: Volunteers need to be onsite by 6:15 a.m.
if you don’t go to the orientation you won’t know where to report. So if you volunteer please attend the orientation.1. Cool Beans Coffee Truck arrives at 6:30 a.m.
2. Gates open to participants @ 6:45 a.m.
3. The first wave or runners goes out at 7:30 a.m.
4. The last wave goes out about 11:30 a.m.
5. Volunteer wave goes out about 12:30 p.m. (no charge for volunteers)
6. Food Service provided by The Calvary Grill food truck.
