At
RWorld, Our Future: Take Your Teen to Work Day, students ages 13–17 will step inside the world of real estate and explore how professionals work together to guide a transaction from the first buyer consultation all the way to closing day.
This interactive experience is designed for career-minded teens who want to learn how real-world professions intersect in the real estate industry — including business, finance, law, risk management, and entrepreneurship. (Parents/Guardians are not expected to be present for the duration of the program.)
Rather than simply observing, students will participate in a guided “From Contract to Closing” journey, following a fictional buyer through the homebuying process. In small groups, they will rotate through engaging stations led by experienced industry professionals and learn how each role contributes to a successful transaction.
During this half-day experience, students will explore careers such as:
- REALTOR
- Mortgage Lending
- Home Inspection
- Property Insurance
- Real Estate Law & Title Services
The program concludes with a
career panel discussion and
in-house networking lunch, giving students the opportunity to ask questions and connect with professionals working in the field today.

To CANCEL your class/event registration, please email class/event name, date, and location to education@rworld.com or call 561-353-9190.
Class/Event cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
Members who “No Show” a class/event without notice of cancellation prior to class/event will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
