Each interactive session features respected industry leaders and timely topics that strengthen ethical practice, leadership accountability, and the public’s confidence in REALTORS® as trusted advisors and community partners.

Ethical Practice & Regulatory Excellence in Cooperative Markets

In competitive and highly regulated markets, ethical decision-making and regulatory compliance are not just obligations—they are leadership imperatives. This second session of the quarterly series focuses on how REALTORS® can navigate regulatory requirements with confidence while preserving cooperation, professionalism, and trust across the real estate ecosystem.

Join Patty Renna, 2026 Appointed Commissioner of the Florida Real Estate Commission within the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and 2012 Past President of the Realtors® Association of St. Lucie, for a practical and insightful discussion on ethical leadership in action.
This session will explore how REALTORS® can uphold regulatory excellence, reduce risk, and foster cooperative professional relationships—especially critical in Palm Beach County’s fast-moving, high-stakes real estate environment.
