The St. Lucie Charitable Foundation of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® raises and distributes funds to assist with home purchases within the county. The goal of the Foundation is to promote housing and homeownership. The Foundation addresses local housing opportunities, believing homeownership should be attainable for all.

As a Realtor®, you can assist buyers struggling with closing costs through the St. Lucie Charitable Foundation's Attainable Housing Foundation Grant. You can also help buyers by learning how to educate sellers about VA financing.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
