The 2025 updates to Florida condominium law, including HB913, have introduced major changes that every real estate professional must understand. In this practical and engaging session, agents will gain a solid grasp of the new legislative requirements impacting condominium and cooperative transactions. We’ll take a deep dive into the revised FR/Bar Condominium Rider (Rider A) and provide actionable strategies to help both listing and selling agents stay compliant, protect their clients, and close deals confidently in today’s evolving market.

By the end of this class, participants will be able to:
  • Identify key changes introduced by HB913 and explain their implications on condominium and cooperative transactions.
  • Navigate and apply the revised 2025 FR/Bar Condominium Rider (Rider A) with accuracy and confidence.
  • Implement best practices for listing and selling agents to ensure smooth transactions and minimize risk under the new condo law requirements.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
