The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation | Successfully Grown Your Global Market

other countries every day and immigrants residing in the U.S. move to
new markets. Americans in your current market may look to invest in
properties overseas. No matter which audience you cater to, the
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation will
provide you with the knowledge, research, network, and tools to
globalize your business.
CIPS education will provide you with the
knowledge and resources to position yourself as a Real Estate Expert
when assisting Foreign Nationals coming to your local market, South
Florida, USA!
The CIPS designation course gives you five full
days of study focusing on the critical aspects of global real estate
transactions, including:
Globalization of economies and international capital flow. Marketing and business planning strategies. Roles, expectations, and cultural business practices of global transactions
Asia/Pacific & International Real Estate The
Asia/Pacific and International Real Estate course addresses real estate
practices in Asia and the Pacific with emphasis on cultural influences,
economic trends and assessment of investment opportunities. An extra
chapter on working with the Japanese is also included.
To earn
your CIPS Designation, you will need to complete 2 core courses, 3
elective courses, and submit your designation application demonstrating
100 points of international experience. Courses are valid for 3 years.
Any courses completed more than 3 years prior to the submission of your
application must be retaken to receive credit towards the education

To CANCEL your class registration, please email class name, date, and location to education@rworld.com or call 561-353-9190.
Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
