Knowing how to build a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is an important skill for Realtors to master!

In this LIVE-STREAM training, you will learn:

1. Utilize the 1-click comparable search feature in quick launch 
2. Compare and identify the most suitable comps for the subject property
3. Generate a CMA report in both the Flexmls and IMAPP systems
4. Understand two CMA formulas and when they should be used
5. Identify private sales (FSBOs) and much more!
 
Log in at https://beachesmls.mysolidearth.com/authenticate, then click the “Rworld Campus” icon under “Association Resources.” On the Rworld Campus homepage, click “View My Dashboard,” find your course card, and click “Start” to enter the class. Finally, click “Next Module” to launch the Zoom session.

Class/Event cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class/event without notice of cancellation prior to class/event will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
