WEBINAR: More Sales With Less Stress Selling New Construction in 2024
Instructor:  New Home Source Pro
Location:
EXTERNAL REGISTRATION
-
Demand for new homes will be a driving factor in 2024.
Selling New Homes compared to Resales will be a cakewalk.
Homebuilders will resist lowing their commissions no matter how good the market gets.

In this webinar, David Fletcher, CEO & Founder of the New Home Co-Broker Academy, will share from research and his experience why:

• A new homes niche may become the first choice for real estate agents.
• Home builders will continue to offer mortgage buydowns no matter which way the market moves.
• Home builders will become sellers with a fixed, nonnegotiable sales commission in your market.

Important Note:

Please be aware that you will receive an email directly from the provider, which will include the Zoom link

Webinar Speakers:
David Fletcher (New Home Co-Broker Academy Founder and CEO @New Home Co-Broker Academy)
Angela Kellerman (Agent Marketing and Training Specialist @BDX)
Suzanne Chambles Rain (Training and Integration Specialist @BDX)
