Market dynamics can be challenging to dissect. Key metrics help REALTORS® and their clients and customers understand current trends as well as understand changes over time. Statistical data can help current homeowners decide when to sell and guide buyers on making competitive offers.
RPR’s Market Trends are a way to look at data on a monthly basis and easily share information with current and future clients.
In this class, we’ll focus on the details and how to position yourself as a local market expert. We’ll cover:
- Months of inventory
- Sold to list price
- Median Days on Market
- Median Sold Price
- A breakdown of Active, Sold Listings and Pending Listing Metrics
- Detailed recent market activity to keep your pulse on your local area
- Posting market data to expand your social media outreach
RPR market charts and graphs can easily be added to client reports and shared via social media. Join us to make the most of the data you have at your fingertips in RPR!
