Prospecting isn’t sales it’s survival. In this energizing session, agents will discover how to make lead generation a natural, sustainable part of their daily routine instead of a dreaded chore. Using the metaphor of fishing, farming, and hunting, this course breaks down three distinct prospecting strategies every agent needs in their toolkit to keep their pipeline full year-round.
Attendees will learn how to time-block for consistent prospecting activity, master the art of follow-up so past clients and leads never forget who their agent is, and build long-term brand recognition through community-based farming (because one mailer just won’t cut it). We’ll also cover “fishing” tactics like social media engagement and advertising that keep your name top-of-mind, plus “hunting” strategies for actively pursuing new business through networking, expired listings, FSBOs, and reconnecting with your existing sphere.
Walk away with a practical, repeatable prospecting system built on gratitude, contribution, and consistency because in real estate, if you’re not prospecting, you’re not eating.
