Change is here—and it directly impacts how you do business. From new flood disclosure requirements to the ability for landlords and tenants to exchange electronic notices, plus NAR’s latest MLS policy on Multiple Listing Options for Sellers, staying informed is essential. This webinar will break down the most important updates, highlight two brand-new rental forms, and ensure you’re ready to put these changes into practice.

Form Highlights:
  • Flood Disclosure (FD-2): Updated with statutory language requiring sellers to disclose flooding knowledge and history.
  • Lease Flood Disclosure (LFD-1): Ensures landlords meet new rental flood disclosure obligations.
  • Opt-In for Electronic Delivery of Notices (OED-1): Enables electronic notices between landlords and tenants.
  • Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreements (ERS series): Revised to reflect NAR’s Multiple Listing Options for Sellers (ERS-21tn, ERS-18nr, ERS-20sa, ERS-121tb).
