Virtual Town Hall Featuring NAR Senior Counsel Charlie Lee

Please join us
Friday, April 5th, at 1:30 pm for a virtual town hall presentation featuring NAR Senior Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs Charlie Lee, Esq., RWorld President David Serle, and RWorld General In-House Counsel Courtney Kahn, where we will be discussing the NAR proposed lawsuit settlement.

For years, we have been preparing our brokers for the outcome of the NAR lawsuits. NAR has now negotiated a proposed industry-wide settlement that would put an end to all seller class action commission-based lawsuits plaguing our industry.

The settlement will provide closure and will pave a path forward in the industry that ensures full transparency to homebuyers and sellers regarding commissions paid to Realtors® in real estate transactions.

On Friday, April 5th, Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® and BeachesMLS will be hosting a town hall meeting to clarify the proposed settlement and to address member comments, questions, and concerns.
