New Member Orientation is designed to cover, in detail, the true â€œvalue addâ€ of being a Realtor. New Members need a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be a Realtor right from the start; together we will learn all about the â€œRealtor Differenceâ€ including the valuable benefits, resources and MLS Tools that you are receiving with your membership. Furthermore, we will discuss membership-exclusive discounts and benefits, opportunities for involvement within the association, BeachesMLS rules and Compliance, and many valuable tips that will allow Realtors to fully maximize their membership and prosper in their new career. We will also have guest speakers from our Realtor Leadership team, the Attorney's Real Estate Council giving a Law overview, and the Safety Subcommittee sharing best practices for staying SAFE in the field.
There is so much to learn about being a Realtor and your role in the Real Estate profession, and this Orientation program has been designed to inspire, educate, engage, and excite YOU so that you can be an active and involved member of Broward, Palm Beaches and St Lucie REALTORS, because #WeROne and #ThatsWhoWeR!

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
By registering for this class/event you hereby consent to the photographing of yourself and the recording of your voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. You understand that the term “photograph” as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage.
