WEBINAR: RPR Masterclass: Transform Your Listing Presentations
Location:
EXTERNAL REGISTRATION
-
When meeting with sellers to discuss listing their home for sale, you need to stand out from the competition. This means doing your homework and fully understanding the property and the current market conditions. It also means ensuring you share information with clients in the best way possible.

We’ll cover how to:

  • Insert custom pages into RPR reports to include your biography, testimonials, brokerage info and more.
  • Add custom photos prior to a meeting with a client
  • Conduct a historical review of a property:
    • Previous listings, including photos
    • Deeds
    • Mortgage
    • Distressed
  • Access an Equity Calculator and Seller’s Net Sheet
  • Review Market trends to understand recent listing and sales activity
  • Create a Market Activity report to share with clients
  • Access Neighborhood, School, Flood and Climate Risk Data

Note: This is not a pricing class! In this listing presentation class, we focus on tools that go hand-in-hand with RPR’s CMA tools.

Important Note: Please be aware that you will receive an email directly from the provider, which will include the Zoom link.

To CANCEL your class registration, please email class name, date, and location to education@rworld.com or call 561-353-9190.
