GRI 200 Series - Essential Real Estate Techniques
**You do not need to complete GRI 100 Series as a pre-requisite for the GRI 200 or 300 series, each series stands alone. All three series must be completed within 5 years in order to obtain and use the GRI Designation.**

**Note: GRI 201 & 202 are each a 15-hour course with a 1-hour (closed book) Exam, and approved by FREC for 15 hours of Broker post licensing credit. Completion of both modules yield 30 hours of Broker post license credit or 8 hours of continuing education specialty credit. (Agent still responsible to obtain 3CE of Core Law.)
NOTE: Once all 7 GRI Modules are successfully completed, you must complete the GRI Petition to Graduate form and send to Florida Realtors (with $25 fee) for final processing and approval.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
