REALTORS with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Earning the designation is a way to stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as a professional with expertise in these areas.
Successful completion of all 3 modules in the 100 Series will yield 45hr Post Salesperson Continuing Education credits, OR the 8 hours continuing education specialty credits for license renewal! Why take just the class, when you can start earning a designation and satisfy your license renewal requirements at the same time?
This particular Module also has (3CE) "Core Law."
Module 103 "Maximize Your Profitability":
- Negotiating & Counseling
Both days are 8am-5pm, with the exam on the second day starting at 4pm.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days by our Affiliate Sponsors.
NOTE: Once all 7 GRI Modules are successfully completed, you must complete the GRI Petition to Graduate form and send to Florida Realtors (with $25 fee) for final processing and approval.
