CLASS OPEN TO ANY LICENSED OR UNLICENSED ASSISTANTS
The Real Estate Professional Assistant course is a certificate program tailored for individuals currently working with or aspiring to support real estate agents or teams in an administrative capacity. This course is designed to enhance existing skills and develop new ones, ensuring that professional assistants become indispensable assets in an agent’s business operations and risk management.

Establish yourself as a business professional and brand as an assistant to a real estate agent or team.
Understand the dynamics of successful agents or teams working with buyers and sellers to support business growth and client service.
Master a broad range of real estate technologies to build a comprehensive support toolkit.
Learn contemporary marketing techniques to execute effective marketing and branding plans.
Create engaging resources for client interviews and transaction preparation.
Utilize various business management tools, including cloud systems, marketing tools, and transactional management systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experience and drive business opportunities.
Understand the roles and limitations of licensed and unlicensed assistants in real estate transactions.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.

You understand that the term “photograph” as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage.
