Permit Search Learn how to preform a permit search to uncover open, expired, missing, or completed permits that may impact property value, financing, insurance, inspections, negotiations, and closing timelines
 
Add value beyond basic MLS data by being able to tell a buyer if they can add accessory dwelling units with permitting, carport or cabanas.
 
Strengthen buyer due diligence by knowing where to check zoning districts, municipal codes, GIS maps, and county property records
 
Identify property potential faster by recognizing whether a site may allow residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, agriucultural, or special-use opportunities. 
 
Ordinance Rules for Building and setbacks – learn how local ordinance rules impact what can be built on a property, including required setbacks, building placement, height limits, lot coverage, parking, and other zoning standards that may affect development potential, property value, and client decision-making

Class/Event cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class/event without notice of cancellation prior to class/event will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.

By registering for this class/event you hereby consent to the photographing of yourself and the recording of your voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. You understand that the term “photograph” as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage.
