REALTORS with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Earning the designation is a way to stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as a professional with expertise in these areas. While this is the 300 Series, you do not have to complete the 100 and 200 as prerequisite. Each Module stands alone and is tested on only the content within that Module. For more information, please contact the Education Team (561) 353-9190 or email Education@rapb.com
Module 301 - It's More Than Just Sales
Property Management and Common Ownership is an introduction to property management and the forms of common ownership. Appraising will introduce the function of the appraisal, the steps in the appraisal process, and appraisal principles. Although 1031 Exchanges are available for other investments, Exchanging focuses on real estate exchanges, providing the terminology and principles of exchanging.
GRI 301 & 302 are each a 15-hour course with a 1-hour (closed book) Exam, and approved by FREC for 15 hours of Broker post licensing credit. Completion of both modules yield 30 hours of Broker post license credit or 8 hours of continuing education specialty credit.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days thanks to our Affiliate Sponsors.
NOTE: Once all 7 GRI Modules are successfully completed, you must complete the GRI Petition to Graduate form and send to Florida Realtors (with $25 fee) for final processing and approval.
