When it comes to pricing a property, your clients are counting on you to lead the discussion. It’s important that you understand how to take various dynamics into consideration when creating a CMA report.
Whether for a buyer or for a seller, a thorough CMA can help you and your client fully consider all relevant factors affecting potential price points.
In this class, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of using RPR to create a professional report that gives your clients the information they need to make fully informed decisions. We’ll cover:
- Advanced searching for comparables based on property characteristics, location and custom geographies and more
- Using your professional expertise to adjust the value of selected comps
- Identifying additional factors to consider, such as recent market trends, months of inventory and list to price sold ratios
- Sharing recent market activity
- How to share a suggested price or a price range with a client
- Creating a personalized, custom report to share with clients
With RPR’s CMA wizard and easy-to-generate reports, you’ll be able to elevate your CMA skills in no time.
