WEBINAR: Facing your FIRPTA Fears
Instructor:  First American Title
Location:
Rworld Campus via MyRealtorDash
-
Learn from the expert during a 1 hour class that will cover FIRPTA transactions.

Here's what we'll cover: recognize foreign sellers early in the process, learn the difference between resident alien's and non-resident alien's, visualize the withholding process and the options available to sellers, understand the buyer's roll to protect against unnecessary penalties, and learn best practices for handling FIRPTA transactions.

Throughout the class, you can expect to see real-life examples, case studies, and possibly even interactive exercises to reinforce your understanding of FIRPTA transactions. Be prepared to take notes, ask questions, and actively participate in discussions to make the most of the learning experience. Remember that FIRPTA rules and regulations can be complex, so taking the time to learn from an expert in this field will provide you with valuable insights for handling these types of real estate transactions effectively.
