Planning for the future of your property doesn’t have to be complicated. A Lady Bird Deed (also known as an Enhanced Life Estate Deed) offers a unique way to transfer real estate while avoiding probate, maintaining control, and preserving Medicaid eligibility. But how does it work, and is it the right choice for you or your clients?
This workshop will debunk common myths about the Lady Bird Deed, explore how it differs from other forms of property ownership, and outline the legal and financial advantages. Participants will gain valuable insights into how this tool can be used to protect assets, simplify estate planning, and avoid unintended consequences. Whether you’re a real estate professional, attorney, financial planner, or homeowner looking to secure your legacy, this class will provide the essential knowledge needed to make informed decisions.
