We want you to have the best possible experience in Flexmls, and our team of expert trainers have the tips you need to make the most of your time in the system. For the best training experience, we recommend that you start with the 101, 102, etc. courses; however, you do not need to take Flexmls training in sequential order.

Knowing how-to build a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is an important skill for Realtors to master. Register for this in-person training to learn how to compare listings, identify the most suitable comparables, and more.

Register for this IN-PERSON training to learn how to:

  • Utilize the 1-click comparable search feature in quick launch
  • Compare and identify the most suitable comps for the subject property
  • Generate a CMA report in both the Flexmls and IMAPP systems
  • Understand two CMA formulas and when they should be used
  • Identify private sales (FSBOs) and much more!
