WEBINAR: Show and Sell New Homes: Best Practices for Working with Builders
Instructor:  New Home Source Pro
New homes can be an often-overlooked option, surprising your buyers and meeting their exact needs. Learn how to work with builders for more--and easier--closings:

• Follow changes in the new construction industry: keep up to date on builder practices and sentiment, and the hundreds of new 'Coming Soon' communities nationwide.

• New homes are in demand: Despite an online decrease in online searches for new homes in the last year, they are still at--or higher than--pre-pandemic numbers. Online searches are the way buyers start their home shopping journey.

• New homes are easy to show: Online tools, virtual tours, in-person tours by appointment, self-guided tours, and more! You don't have to wait for the owner to clean up and leave.

• Partner with builders: NHS Pro is helping make it easier for agents to contact new home community sales reps, register their buyer, and establish relationships with builders.
