  • Describe how apartments can be a stable income.
  • Explain some of the tax benefits of the Industrial/Warehouse property.
  • Explain the pros and cons of investing in Office property
  • List advantages to Retail property investment
  • Explain the difference between Contract Rent and Actual Rent
  • List some of the types of Leases
  • Explain Net Rentable Area
  • Explain how to calculate net Operating Income
  • Explain Cash Flow
  • Describe how to prospect for potential customers
  • Create a marketing plan, using market trends and real estate cycles.

Class/Event cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class/event without notice of cancellation prior to class/event will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
