We want you to have the best possible experience in Flexmls, and our team of expert trainers have the tips you need to make the most of your time in the system! (For the best training experience, we recommend you start with the 101, 102, etc courses, first, however, you need not take all FlexMLS Trainings in sequential order.) 

In this IN-PERSON training, you will learn: 

- What a CMA is, and why building one is an important skill for Realtors to master. 
- Comparing listings and identifying the most suitable comparable for the subject property. 
- Understanding 2 formulas and setting up a presentation to generate a CMA Report in both the Flexmls and iMapp systems 
- Identifying Private Sales (FSBO's).

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
