In this LIVE-STREAM training, you will learn:
1. Basic searching using the Quick Search function: You will be introduced to the Quick Search feature and learn how to perform basic searches to find properties within the MLS.
2. Time-saving shortcuts when searching the MLS: The trainers will share tips and tricks to help you navigate the MLS system more efficiently, saving you time during your search process.
3. Saving recent searches for easy access: You will learn how to save your recent searches so that you can quickly access them in the future without having to recreate the search criteria.
4. Saving Collections for buyers: Collections are a way to organize and save properties for specific buyers or clients. You will learn how to create and manage collections to provide a personalized experience for your buyers.
5. Setting up Subscriptions: Subscriptions allow you to receive automatic updates when new properties that match your search criteria become available. The training will guide you through the process of setting up and managing subscriptions.
Log in at https://beachesmls.mysolidearth.com/authenticate, then click the “Rworld Campus” icon under “Association Resources.” On the Rworld Campus homepage, click “View My Dashboard,” find your course card, and click “Start” to enter the class. Finally, click “Next Module” to launch the Zoom session.

Class/Event cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
Members who “No Show” a class/event without notice of cancellation prior to class/event will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
By registering for this class/event you hereby consent to the photographing of yourself and the recording of your voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. You understand that the term “photograph” as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage.
