This course is designed to provide an in-depth review of the Florida As-Is Purchase and Sale Contract Riders. The objective of this course is to review the inventory of contract riders detailed in the As-Is contract, understand when they apply to a transaction, and how to properly draft the rider.
The class will address the full inventory of As-Is contract riders including, Condominiums, HOA, FHA/VA, Short Sales, Lead Based Paint, Pre and Post Occupancy Agreements, Sale of Buyer’s Property, Appraisal Contingency, Back-Up Offers, Kick-Out, Licensee Personal Interest, and much more.
This is a free LIVE ZOOM Educational event provided by Your local Association, Broward, Palm Beaches and St Lucie Realtors. You will be able to watch the computer screen and listen to the speakers from the comfort of your own home!

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
