WEBINAR: FinCEN Updates for Realtors
Location:
Rworld Campus via MyRealtorDash
-
Starting March 1, 2026, FinCEN's new Residential Real Estate Rule will require reporting on certain non-financed (all-cash/private) residential transactions - especially when the buyer is a legal entity or trust - and it will change what information needs to be collected during the closing process. In this practical update for Realtors®, Mandy Seckinger will break down what's reportable, what's exempt, who's responsible in the "reporting cascade," and what agents should do now to set expectations with buyers and sellers and keep deals moving smoothly once the rule goes live.
